• Configuration and Implementation of Metro-Cross connects, VPLS connections, and DIA circuits for Co-location Customers.

• Configuration and Deployment of Juniper QFX and EX series switches in the data center to support L3 Internet services.

• Configuration and Deployment of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches, and performing scheduled maintenance windows.

• Configuration and Deployment of Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and Watchguard firewalls for remote office connectivity.

• Configuration and Deployment of WAN technologies including VPN and MPLS to customers for inter-office connectivity and data center access.

• Configuration and Deployment of Aruba and Cisco Wireless solutions utilizing Standalone and Controller based models.

• Troubleshooting Internet and WAN connectivity, MPLS L2 and L3 VPN services across multiple data centers.

• Configuration and Deployment of Cisco SIP/SCCP phones to remote Client locations, and SOHO offices.

• Create Auto-Attendants in Cisco CUC including caller inputs, closed & open greetings, transfer rules, and standard & Holiday schedules.

• Setup and configure UCCX agents, Contact Center Service Queues, Scripts, applications, IVR, and generate CSQ inbound reports.

• Testing and troubleshooting DWDM transport between the data centers.
